Jo Burke

Jo is a, So You Think That's Funny? finalist and her character comedy sketches have won awards and received honourable mentions on the film festival circuit.

 

Jo is currently writing her fifth solo hour. She is also filming more of her award-winning micro comedy shorts 'What is it? With L.C.Smith' all 18 shorts available on her YouTube channel.

 

She has written and performed solo stand up shows at the Edinburgh, Bath and Brighton Fringe Festivals; Instaphamous 2023, Peculiar 2019, iScream 2015 and Burke Shire 2012. 

 

She also co-wrote and performed in three sketch shows with the sketch group, FunBags, that she founded in 2010.
